1. Project Engagement & Milestone Payments
Projects generally begin with an advance booking payment (40% to 50%) upon agreement of project scope and cost estimate. The remaining balance is divided into structured milestone payments following design review, development preview, and final live launch deployment.
2. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Charges
Domain registration fees, cloud hosting server renewals, premium paid plugins, SMS gateways, and payment processor transaction fees are separate third-party costs unless explicitly listed as included in your chosen project quote.
3. Code & Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon 100% full payment settlement, client receives full operational ownership of final website design, application source code, and administrative credentials created for the project.
4. Refund Policy
Advance payments cover initial engineering setup, domain booking, UI design labor, and resource allocation. If a project is cancelled by the client prior to design kickoff, advance payment minus 15% administrative setup costs will be refunded. Once UI design work or code development has commenced, advance payments are non-refundable.
5. Ongoing Maintenance & SLA Support
Free support periods (1 month for Starter, 3 months for Business) begin on the official website launch date. Subsequent technical updates, server monitoring, or major feature additions are governed by ongoing monthly or annual maintenance agreements.
